Hi,
My H1 B is expiring on Nov 2017 (6th year) and the current employer is yet to file for green card application. My approved I -140 application is revoked by the previous employer and hence not active with USCIS. I have below questions regarding my H1 B status
A. How can I remain on H1 B valid status after Nov 2017? What are my options here?
B. Can I appeal against I-140 revocation by previous employer? and get that re approved?
C How faster green card processing take place so that I don't need to leave the USA after H1 B expiry
