I have raised h1b amendment last year and i got it approved last month Feb. But the problem is the approval and expiry are same(i guess, it is data mistake). And one more thing, my visa is going to expire on June 2017.
So for that(due to h1b amendment issue), my company going to file Premium extension for me.
And my question is,
Since my h1b amendment expired on Feb, 17, Am i still legal to work for my current location? or Is this fine because they are going to file premium h1 extension for me?
Please advice me on this.
