H1B "I-129 denial" H4 visa status

Hi All,
I came to USA on H4 visa and applied H1B.
My application got picked in lottery got RFE have submitted all the documents
nd today my application status updated as "I-129 denial". please clarify on below questions.

1.) Let me know what can be done for "I-129 denial"
2.) What will be my visa status, will I be on H4 status as H1B is denied
* *** Do I need to take any action for H4 visa

You are on H4, which will continue. Talk to the attorney, they should get a notice on why it was denied. You can further appeal the denial.
