I filed my H1 to H4 COS on 11/12/2016.
My last paystub has pay dates 10/31/2016 to 11/13/2016 and the paydate is 11/18/2016. But this paystub has base pay for 1 day and some amount as paid time off, overall the amount is close to other regular paystubs.
Would USCIS look at the details/line items of the paystub or just go by the dates?
Are they going to ignore this last paystub and consider me out-of-status at the time of filing? I do have an employment letter that states I am employed till 11/30/2016.
