Please help me for below question:
I applied my H1B last year (April 2016) and luckily I got approval in Dec 2016. Now as you know USCIS has suspended premium processing for H1B. My current visa status is H4 and for start job I need to go for change of status. which is not possible now as regular processing take 6-8 month.
My spouse got I-140 approval and we are planning to file H4-EAD, now I am not if I applied for H4-EAD will it affect my approved H1B any how. Will I able to switch back to H1B and start working on this.
Any help will be appreciated..
