Hi Sir,
Situation 1 :
1. I am in India and planing to travel onshore shortly while my Visa is getting expired on June 28th 2017.
2. My employer will submit my amendament request around April 1st. I was told that it might take upto 25 business days to get a reciept notice post which i can travel.
So i am assuming reciept notice to recieve around May 1st / 2nd week.
In above situation in case if i travel around 4 - 5 weeks before my visa expiry will i have any issues at POE, if so how to handle it ?
Situation 2
In Situton 1, if i am able to travel and and have no issues, i am planing for my family's travel from India later around June 2nd week ( while my H1b extension would be in process) .
So will H4 visa holders will be able to travel to USA before 2 weeks of visa expiry while the H1b extension is in progress. ?
Please help me in planing trip accordingly.
