Hi,
I am working for Company A. Company A is initiating my H-1B Amendment due to change of client location.
I already pursue an offer letter from Company B which will also start filing H-1B petition for me by next week.
I will be getting a better offer by Company C by April end.
Questions:
1. Will my H-1B Amendment from Company A affects my H-1B Petition for Company B?
2. What if I gets a receipt from Company B but haven't start working from them and Company C applies for my H-1B Petition?
3. What if I start working for Company B after receipt but now want to work with Company C? Will I be able to start Or I will have to wait until my petition with Compnay B doesn't gets approved?
