Hi,I have H1b visa and working in USA. H1B visa was issued in Jan 2016 till Sept 2017 and we are going back to india in Sept itself.

Please let me know if we have to come back again in USA for employment do we have to go through the lottery process again.

No, you can file under the cap-exempt category, provided there is time left over on your H1B's allotted 6 yrs., and you are applying within 6 yrs. of the last time you were on H1B status.
