If anyone could share your experience at Port of Entry while travelling on a unexpired visa issued by previous employer and approved i-797 from new employer?

At the Port of Entry explicitly state that you are working for the new employer and show the new I797. Its up to the visa officer to grant the I-94 as per visa or as per the latest I797.

I had travelled last year with new I797 (New Employer) while i still had visa stamped with my previous employer without any Issues. However, This almost a year back. Not sure if anything had been changed since then
