H1 Visa Stamping after the change in employer

Hello - I have a valid stamped visa till July 31st 2017 and i recently changed my employer with new i797 and petition extension till December 31st 2017.
I have a travel plan to India in may for 2 or 3 weeks.

My question is Do i have to go for visa stamping because there is change in employer ?
if not required, What are the complications or issues at POE ?

Can someone assist me on this ?
