Hi,

I got my H4 couple of week ago, my spouse does have her i140 Approved and i want to apply for EAD. since i have some commitments currently i cannot move immediately,
so can i go to US and stay for a week so that i can get my i94 to apply for EAD and come back to india till i get my EAD or do i have to stay in india till i get EAD.

can you please help me out on this,

You have to stay, if you leave, your I94 will Change.
