I currently work for a client from Georgia . My employer wants me to travel to a new location to work for a new client. Therefore, H1B amendment /extension has been filled by the employer. Current status of the process is "case received".
Now my employer thinks about making me stay in the old project itself.. could you please let me know if there is a possibility to stop the current amendment/extension process.Does it has any implications on my visa?
