Hi,
Need urgent help for my case.
My initial I797 has expiry in Aug 2017. However, there was change in Location, Client etc. hence there was a change in it and the changed one had expiry of 31-Mar-2017.
However, my passport has stamped visa till Aug 2017 and same is the detail present on I-94 (Aug-17).
What is the way now for me. Can extension be filed or any other process.
