H1B Out of Cap Visa Extension

Hi,

I've stayed in US from 2007 to 2010 on H1 Visa which got expired in 2011. My company again applied for an Out of Cap H1B Visa and I traveled on that in 2016 which is valid till 2018.

Would I be able to extend my new OOC Visa beyond 2018 till 2022 considering 6yrs of stay starting 2016 or would it end by 2018 considering my 3yrs of stay during my first visit also?

Nope. By filing for a cap exempt H1, you have asked the previous period to be counted too. So, you cannot get any extension beyond the 6 yrs. total time allowed, including your previous stay.
