My Wife is planning to return to india shortly from US her H1 B is valid until 13-Jul-2017 and applied for extension as well but in between she need to come back to India and she might be coming back to U.S later. In this case
1. what are the probabilities that could happen on her visa extension?
2. if there is RFE what kind of documents do they generally ask for?
3. If the extension is denied/revoked, then If she planned to come to US after 6 months , Is it possible to apply extension again in the later part with my old petition?
4. I've received my petition on Jul-2014, so am I still eligible for cap exemption process. If my extension is denied/revoked , Is it possible to apply extension again under the cap exemption?
5. Due to this any issue do you foresee when she travel back to US again?
