Hello,
My wife's I-94 expires on 19th April 2006. My company has applied for extension.
However now I am getting offer from another company B.
H1/H4 transfer process may not start before 19th April 2006.
Can there be any problems if I join the company B with above situation since I may not even get the receipt number in time and may have to switch over to B?
