USCIS site visit when out of town on vacation

hi,

I work for a client through a consulting firm.
I am planning for 2 weeks of vacation within US.
So what happens if USCIS (by any chance) pays a site visit and doesnot finds me at client location? The front desk doesnot has such information usually for contractors.
Also, what will happen if my reporting manager from my company is unable to take the call due to some reason?
