    H4 transfer while new H1-b petition pending

    Hi,

    I am planning to perform H1B transfer for myself for the new job. My wife is on H4-EAD and has new H1-B petition pending approval. I am confused if I should apply for her H4 transfer along with my new employer? or is it not required and she will be able to work on previous H4?
