    LCA certified 3 years back will help H1B extension?

    Hi All,
    I have started LCA process in my previous company and it was certified. Meanwhile, I moved to new company and still I couldn't start PERM there due to various reorg. Will LCA certified three years back help H1B extension after 6 years? Please help.
