My 6 year limit is by Oct 2017. I797 is valid until Jan 2018. I earlier started LCA process in previous company 3 years back and it is certified. But after that I mvoed to new company and couldn't start the process due to frequent reorgs. The earlier LCA certification will help to extend after 6 year?

LCA or PERM Process? Is the previous employer willing to file I140 for you?
