My wife's going for her H4 renewal stamping in India. She's currently in US and she's enrolled in Master's program in an University, and I know that is certainly allowed even though she is on H4.
However, my question is with regards to a question in DS 160 form that she's filling for the renewal stamping.
Question : Present Work/Education/Training Information,
In the primary occupation as H4 dependents cannot work, should she mention "Homemaker" or, we need to select "Student" and provide the necessary information about the school that's requested ?Or should we mention "Not Employed" as she is not working.
My wife worked in her home country for almost 8 years and quit her career and moved to US
I searched for answers online and didn't get a concrete answer. Please help me
