H1B Extension Questions
Hi All,
I have filed for H1B extension and have found that my attorney have done some mistake in the document submitted to USICS. Trying to understand what will be the impact of these mistakes in my visa extension. please help because based on this i have to make my travel plans.
In the cover letter which attorney submits to USICS stating my position and client am working for. there he has put the incorrect client name, but other documents related to client are correct like the client letter i got from client and other MSAs etc. Do you think it will create any issues in extension or just RFE response should be able to handle this?
