Minor kids h4 visa stamping in India while parents in USA
Hi all,
Please help me with my query
1. My children are 8 and 5 yrs old are wants to travel to India for summer vacation with their grandmother.
2. They need to get their h4 visa stamped using drop box facility. As we parents are not traveling with them, is it necessary that at least one of the parent has to be there to submit the docs.
