    First, he should find out of his ID is in the system and if he actually got an Approval Notice from USCIS. He may be able to look up his details online.

    Then, if he's sure that his notice has be processed and he is in the system he should go find a contact at the nearest embassy and present his all documents to prove his identity and the contact information for the middle man he used in this case.

    It's often difficult to find the right contact at a consulate in this situation, so calling USCIS would be his best bet. He shouldn't claim fraud until he can actually prove it.

    Need Advice on how to deal with this issue

    My friend lives in India and applied for H1B last year through a middle men by paying huge amount of money

    His visa got approved last year and for some reason

    the employer or the middle guy is not sending his visa copy for him to go to consulate
    they are not even answering calls

    all he has is his copy of h1b - photo copy


    how should my friend deal with this?
