H1 B withdraw Before Petition Approval

I am on L2 Visa and my company has filed H1 B and my name was picked up in Lottery and now they are withdrawing the

petition before it got approved, as they are eliminating my position.

Will my H1 B visa will be canceled?

Can someone else can sponsor my H1 B visa. If yes, is there any time duration before which other employer has to sponsor

my H1 B visa.

Please suggest the options. Thanks!

If they withdraw before its approved, you would no longer be cap exempt.

I doubt it you can salvage this situation without their support, ask them to convert to consular process so that at least you can be cap counted.
