H4 EAD to H1b - Green card priority date.

Hi,
I am currently on H4 EAD. I am trying to get on to H1b. My husband has a priority date for his green card.
Will I be able to retain his priority date via my H1b?

Your H1B has got nothing to do with your husband's priority date. When his PD becomes current, you can file your AOS (I485) along with his, as long as you are in legal status at that time i.e., it does not matter whether you are in H4 or H1 or anything else at that time.
