Hi,
My h1 visa max out date is 25 dec 2017 (including recapture time). Current h1 expiry date is 12 nov 2017. My attorney is in process of filing my perm, probably within a week or so. Lets assume my perm and i140(if filed for premium processing) is approved by 25 dec 2017. Will I be able to extend my visa for another 3 years in my case. In my case perm will not be older than 365 days. However some thread suggest that I can still extend my visa if attorney can not file I-485 concurrently because of per country limitation (I am from India). Can please help me here?

Has the prevailing wage determination and recruitment step completed? Even think getting PERM filed and approved within 7 months could be challenging. I485 concurrent filing is done when priority date is current. Which category is GC being filled under?

Few of my friends got the PERM approved in 2-3 months recently, not sure whether those are exceptions.
