    H1B Extension was approved but not stamped.Can i apply h4 for my wife and kid?

    My family don't have H4 till now.Now my visa extension got approved for 3 years and i am planning to get my family here.can i apply h4 for them directly or i need to get stamped my H1B to apply for h4?
