Hello Friends,
My H1B stamping done in Dec 2014. The dates mentioned on the visa is like Issue Date ( 12 Dec 2014) Expiration Date (12 Sep 2017). During the immigration the Admit Until Date is 09 / 22 / 2017.
I am in July last week now and I got terminated from my current job. I am planning to go back to India due to some personal reasons. And in this case I can't go for new job/sponsor too.
Can I ask for extension after September? If not can I look for a new sponsor from India after September?
If nothing works out and I want to come to US after September. Do I need to go for lottery again or I just need to go for stamping as I just completed 3 years of H1B. As I know this will be valid for 6 years?
Actually I need to be in India for next 3-4 months and after that I will be free to come again and I don't want to loose the current opportunity.
