Hello Friends
I am in US on H1, and recently I have been offered by one of the 4 big US tech company. I have accepted the offer and as of this moment the LCA has been filed and approved.
After talking to the future employer's immigration team, I was told that I can now resign from my current employer as they would be sending the petition copy in couple of days.
My questions are -
1) If I resign rite now (without having H1 receipt) , will it pose any problem?
2) What if my current employer revokes my existing H1 petition (very least probability), and the future employer's H1 receipt is not yet available, will this mean I go out of status?
Note - My future employer never had any H1 rejections so far
