Latest update on USCIS timelines for sending Receipt Notice for H1 Transfer

Hi,

Has anyone received their Receipt Notice from USCIS in last couple of days or weeks? I know it takes 2 to 4 weeks to get the receipt notice, was just trying to know if the current time is leaning towards 2 weeks or 4 weeks?

My application was delivered to USCIS on 28-July.

I received the Receipt Notice from USCIS today. USCIS had received my petition on 28-July and I received receipt notice this morning [8-Aug]. They took 11 calendar days, I sent my petition on a Friday so the number of business days it took is 7.
