I have current H1-b visa for my current employer valid until OCT 2018 and stamped on my passport, I-140 is approved as well . I accepted an offer from another employer (Employer B)and they have filed my transfer already. I have planned international travel in end of Sept, Will be back end of OCST. Since USCIS has stopped premium processing i wouldn't have approval notice for employer B at the time of travel.
The plan is to resign the current employer after I come back in OCT and join the new employer.
Can I travel with my current employer's H1-b , Would there be any issue ?
Anyone have similar situation? Any Suggestions?
