Change wage Level on LCA for H1b after receiving RFE?

Hi all,

My actual wage is higher than the level 3 wage of the occupation, but based on past experience, my employer filed wage level 1 on LCA for my H1b petition as the position is genuinely an entry-level position. Like many other applicants this year, I got an RFE a couple days ago. Is it possible for my employer to amend or file a new LCA and change it to either wage 2 or 3?

My employer has no intention to and will not underpay me. It filed wage level 1 only because it is indeed an entry-level position available only to kids fresh out of school with zero experience.

My employer did the same thing when transfer was pending. Now transfer is denied but LCA amendment with wage level 2 is pending. Did you get any information to know the chance of amendment approval ?
