H1-B visa got stamped in cap exempt
Hi,
Around 8 years ago my first H1-B application got approved in lottery with employer A but got 221(g) and couldn't stamp. Then this year 2017 my H1-B got stamped with employer B in cap exempt category.
Suppose if my employer B do not show interest to call me in USA then can I apply for new H1-B approval in cap exempt with employer C in next year ?
Please advise.
