Hi,
My H1B expires in 07/2018. I will be filing H1B extension and amendment this month. Can my wife travel to India for H4 Stamping in Nov 2017 and return in Feb 2018 with the old H4.
I will file her extension once she is back.
Since my H1B extension will be in process and she travels on the existing H4, will it be fine. What would be the case if there is an RFE for H1 extension.
