My husbands employer filed for H1 in April which was picked in lottery, however we haven't heard back about the approval yet. He will complete 6 years tomorrow on L1A but our I140 is approved.
L1 issues date : 08/2011
Arrival in US : 09/2011
I-140 approval : 01/2016 (EB2)
If the H1 approval comes after tomorrow i.e. 6y stay but since its been more than 1 y that I140 has been approved, can we continue to stay in US?
