Hi
I am on H1B extension and the stamping has not been done yet.
I hold Indian passport which is about to expire. During renewal i have intention of correcting mother's Last Name in my passport so that it matches with her passport.
Both names are totally different, not even closely matching.
Does it cause any problems in my H1B stamping. or if i decide to apply for GC.
