I-94 not updated online after re-entering USA from Canada by road

Hi,

I am on H1 B and my wife is on H4. We drove from the USA to Canada for a few days and re-entered also by land. When we entered Canada, the Canadian visa officer stamped our passports with an entry stamp to C while re-entering the US, the US visa officer did not stamp our passports.
I checked online today and I see that the I-94 has not been updated online. But the travel history shows that we left the US and re-entered the US. What could I do? Will there be any issues in future?
