  • H1B Stamping WITHOUT CLIENT letter

    Hi

I am planning to go India on DEC 2017 , I have to go Mumbai consulate for my H1B stamping . Currently I am working on EVC model and my end client is NOT ready to issue any client letter as he was saying as per company policy.
my SOW is valid for another 1 year i.e 2018 .
I have letter from Middle Vendor, employer,SOW and MST documents .

As per others forum ,without client letter there will be more chances to get REF.

Is it ok I can show my client mail as per company policy Not issued any client letter.

Is any one having recent exp. for H1 B stamping ...Please Reply......

    thanks,
    Harshal

Neither USCIS, nor the Consular officer, are bound by the client or your company policies. You also have to understand that a client letter is also and additional job security cushion that you have. As for your question, it all depends on the officer, some insist on it, others may not even ask for it, many times depends on the employer profile.

This is my opinion not legal advice.

Yes it will be problem. Do not hang around with these kind of clients and change your job. You have flexibility to change job in EVC model and why you are waiting. In this situation 99% denial chance with out client letters.
