H4 Extension via Multiple New Employers

Hi,
My H1B is expiring in Dec 2017. I had an offer from Employer-A and my H1B Transfer/Extension along with my wife's H4 Transfer/Extension and H4-EAD extension was filed. I had also received the receipt for my wife's H4 EAD extension from USCIS.
In the mean-time, I got an offer from Employer-B and I chose not to join Employer-A. My new employer B told I didn't require to file another H4 EAD extension as the one filed by A was sufficient.
As of Oct 3, 2017, Premium Processing is resumed for all H1B cases. Hence Employer-B is transferring my case to Premium Processing. Now, will my wife's H4 EAD Extension filed by Employer-A will also be approved with the approval of H1B transfer filed by Employer-A?
