Am I eligible for Cap exempt H1B?
My situation: Worked in US under H1B 2005-2011 (6 years). Left US without approval in either I140 or 485. Apply EB-NIW and got my I140 approved on 2017.
Here is my question: Can employer apply for cap exempt H1B for me based on my recently approved I140?
