    Amended H1b 2nd RFE

    My Stamped petition is valid till Sep 2018, for new client applied amended H1B but received 2nd RFE. My question here is :
    1. If my amended H1B gets rejected,how soon can I apply the H1B again for the same client to continue my work here.
    2. Do I have to travel back if this amended H1B gets rejected.

    Please advise.
