Hello community,
I have my OFC on 22nd October and visa interview on 23rd October in Chennai. I just found out that the I-129 copy I have doesn't have my lawyer's signature and date in the "Preparer's signature" column. He must have signed and sent it to USCIS directly. Should I be concerned about this?
If you think that attending an interview with a problem like this is suicidal, can I reschedule my interview appointment in Chennai AFTER completing my OFC?
