Please see my queries below:
I have a Visa stamp from my previous employer valid till 2018. The employer revoked the visa on Dec 19, 2017. The transfer petition was received by USCIS on Dec 27, 2016. The amendment was received by USCIS on February 13, 2017.
Is the visa stamp still valid
Was I out of status for the period from when my employer revoked my status till the amendment was filed especially now that the transfer petition is denied(12/19/16 to 02/13/2017)
The attorney mentioned something about to respond to the RFE as well and converting the amendment to a transfer petition?
Can someone tell me what is consular processing? Do i need to go for stamping or drop box?
Will I have to go get a stamping? Isn't that a risk as they might drill me and ask additional questions if I did indeed was out of status for the period mentioned above?
Can I do drop box if my Populus visa stamp is valid?
What are the chances of denial for the amendment as the transfer petition itself was denied?
Can I continue to work even when my transfer was denied?
Can we file for motion on the denied petition?
I am panicking at this point in time. Can someone please help!!!
