Hello,
We are travelling to India and I am living in US on H1B status. We plan on flying back into the country and I was not sure if I need H1B stamping on my passport? I recently got my H1B renewed on canadian passport and I have crossed the border via land without any stamping. At the POE , they informed me that I do not need a stamping since I am a canadian citizen, but I still wanted to see if anyone here is on the same boat and has flown in to the US without a stamping on their canadian passport.
