My husband had H1B visa and I had H4 visa visa valid till 2019. We have been living in US for past many years. Now my husband has changed his H1B visa due to change of employer. As a result I have to change my H4 visa. I am presently in India and was trying to fill up application on-line. I have the following queries regarding the entries in the form:
Who is the Principle applicant - my husband??
Who is the petitioner and what is the receipt number, start date and expiration date?
