H1B - DS 160 -Visa stamping - Previous Employer

Hi ,

I am filling my DS 160 form for H1B visa stamping .I have worked for my previous employer in India for 4 years and came Onsite to US and worked for 2 years through same company at client location . I am no longer working for that company . So while filling previous employer section in DS 160 ,should i mention India and US experience as different since i worked at different countries or should i mention as a whole as one
