Hello Everyone,
I will be completing my 6 years on H1B visa this month and have my i140 approved. I applied for my extension but received an RFE last week. I am on a EVC model. The questions that were asked are
(1) Specialty Occupation
(2) Maintenance of Initial Employer-Employee Relationship
(3) Specialty Occupation - Availability of work. ----- Did anyone receive this RFE, they are asking me to show that I will be working at the client location for the requested h1b period which is 3 years. My project will be ending in a couple of months. How do I go about responding to this? Any insight will be helpful.
(4) Also, they asked me to pay an additional 4000$ , as my employer has more than 50% H1B employees. But is this applicable to someone who is on extension and with the same employer for the past 6 years?
