Hi everyone,
Following is my background:
1. I have a Master's in Electrical Engineering and 2 years of of related experience post Masters'.
2. Currently I am working as a Hardware Design Engineer in a small company as a direct hire employee.
3. My husband has the same background as mine, but he works with a fortune 500 company A through another fortune 500 company B.
4. His H1B petition got rejected even though his work is very much related to his degree. We still haven't got the official denial reason.
In such scenario, should I go to India for H1B visa stamping? Are there any risks associated?
Any help/comments are highly appreciated.
Thank you!
