Hi Team,
1. I am working on USA on H1b .
2. Currently I have approved h1b EAC Till April 2018 .
3. I have just applied for h1b new EAC Petition in Premium. I expect it be
approved by December,
4. I plan to Come to INDIA in January 2018.
5. I would like to Schedule appointment for VISA in January to come back to
USA .
6. I am not sure if should i use Old EAD or New EAC .
7. Please advise if should take DS160 with new EAC Petition or Old One When travelling in January since it is valid till April 2018.
8. If Visa Approved , Please advise if VISA date is considered based on Old h1b EAC Till April
2018 or since new EAC Petition will be effective only from APRIL.
8. I would like to Know if i will be granted to enter USA in January/Fed if apply with New Petition EAC
